Basic Preparation Method
Fry the onions and tomatoes in oil until softened.
In a blender, combine the yogurt, flour, spices, dukkah, and tomato paste.
Add the blended mixture to the onion and tomato mixture in the pot.
Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and reaches the desired consistency.
Okra can be added later if desired.
